01What does Workforce do?
- Computes headcount from the shift pattern: posts, hours, days and a relief factor — and shows the arithmetic, so the number can be defended to the client
- Computes the true cost of a worker: wage, allowances, overtime, the employer's insurance share, the end-of-service provision and the leave provision — with the rates editable
- Shows the real margin per contract and per worker, which is often far below the one on the offer
- Three levels of contract detail — monitoring only, exceptions only, or full posts and shifts — and a contract can move up a level without losing its history
- Clients, contracts, workers and assignments, with prices and salaries that are effective-dated: a change is a new record, so a back-dated raise is applied correctly
- An append-only financial record: nothing is edited or deleted, and a correction is a reversing entry
- A monthly cycle in one step: attendance, costing, billing and margin
- Invoices as PDF in Arabic, where an invoice can only be marked as sent after a real send, and every attempt is recorded
- Bulk onboarding from files with a preview that writes nothing until the file is clean
- Evidence about a worker, with a named source and a time, that cannot be edited or deleted — the worker can object, and nobody is excluded automatically
- Country rules that run as rules rather than settings: who carries insurance, how end-of-service accrues, and localisation counted from live assignments
- Roles that cannot see money at all: operations and HR manage people without ever seeing rates or margin, including in exports
02Is it part of the CRM?
No, and deliberately so. Workforce is a separate product with its own database, for companies whose business is supplying people rather than selling property.
03What language is it in?
Arabic, right to left, including the invoices. It runs in the browser; there is no separate mobile app for supervisors.
04Does it pay salaries?
No. It computes each worker's full cost for pricing and margin, but paying salaries is out of its scope by design.
