01What does mbsystems make?
Seven systems, all built in-house rather than assembled from other people's software:
- Revora — one system for real estate developers and agencies: leads and sales, property management, construction, accounting and HR
- Mizan — for factories and trading companies: production orders, cost per batch, inventory, purchasing and collections
- Workforce — attendance, shifts and field staff, as a separate app for companies that only need that
- QTO — quantity takeoff straight from CAD drawings, feeding a bill of quantities
- Qanooni — a legal research and case product
- MEMAR — for finishing and fit-out companies: projects, quantities, quotations, procurement, site money and the client portal
- Mabani — facility management for organisations with many buildings: assets, maintenance, work orders, budgets and fleet
Each system has an Arabic and an English interface, keeps a full audit trail, and runs on our servers with backups, so the customer needs no infrastructure of their own.
02Who uses it?
Real estate developers and brokerages in Egypt and Oman, property management companies, contractors, and factories. The same account can hold several companies, each with its own data, users and reports.
