01Where do the leads come from, and what stops them being lost?
- Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat forms deliver the lead the moment it is submitted — not as a nightly export somebody remembers to download
- One door for every lead: the same phone number cannot enter twice, and a returning client is recorded on the lead they already have
- Automatic round-robin distribution, and a first-contact timer that pulls the lead back or escalates it when nobody acts
- Call feedback and reminders, with a full activity log per lead
- Rules per status, so a stage cannot be skipped and a lost lead has to say why
- A list and a kanban board, filtered by source, salesperson, broker, overdue follow-up or date
- Import from Excel, and merging of duplicate leads
The point of the timer and the single door is the same: the cost of an Egyptian lead is paid to the ad platform before anybody speaks to it, so a lead that sits untouched, or arrives twice under two salespeople, has already been paid for twice.
02What happens between the unit and the contract?
- Projects, phases, unit types and live availability, with a temporary hold and a reservation
- Payment plans, a quote sent to the client as a link, and an AI price suggestion built from the company's own past sales
- Expression of interest and reservation receipts
- The sale contract and its signature, with the instalment schedule generated from the contract, on PDF contract templates
- VAT decided per project, and per contract as inclusive or exclusive
03How are the instalments and the cheques handled?
- The schedule comes from the contract, so the instalment that is due is not a number retyped in a spreadsheet
- A collection centre for down payments, reservations and due instalments
- Cheques recorded and printed on each bank's own template
- Sales and manager commissions calculated from the contract
The currency belongs to the installation: on an Egypt installation the receipt, the treasury balance and the contract printout carry the pound.
04What about brokers?
- A portal and an app for the broker: available units, reservations, their own sales and their own commissions
- Broker commission per project: statements, payments and clawback
- A register of every unit's listing on dubizzle, Property Finder, OpenSooq and Aqar Map, showing which unit has no live listing
05Is it really in Arabic, and does it reach the client the way they answer?
Every screen exists in Arabic and in English, and each user picks their own language — the same screens, not an English system with a translated menu. Contracts, quotes and reports print in the language you choose, and the system keeps the client's own language so messages go out in it. A quote, a brochure or a catalogue goes to the client as a secure link, by WhatsApp or email.
06Who can see which leads?
Visibility follows the role: a salesperson sees their own leads, a team leader sees their team's, operations and managers see everything, and the administrator sees all of it. Every view, every change and every phone reveal is logged with the name and the time — which is the only way a lead list stays the company's when a salesperson leaves.
07Is there a mobile app, and who is behind it?
There is an Android and iOS app for the sales team: leads, calls and feedback, units, viewings and notifications. Employees use the same app for attendance and requests.
