01What is in it?
- 6,882 verified resources and 63,512 verified articles, each with its official PDF beside it
- Article-level search in Arabic, aware of Arabic word forms, which separates the issuing decree from the law it amends
- Supersession: the current version ranks above the one it replaced, and a repealed text is marked as repealed
- A legislative timeline of amendments and their downstream effects, plus legislative impact and sentencing ranges
- International agreements, investment and business law views, a directory of 135 government entities, and a judicial library of 104 volumes
- Deadline computation, case file analysis, drafting aids, a glossary, and Hijri to Gregorian conversion
02What does verified mean here?
It is a published definition, not a label. A document passes through pending, draft, then verified or rejected, and it only becomes verified by passing two automated gates: that its structure is complete and connected, and that the compiled text matches the original exactly, article for article. A human reviewer can promote a draft but can never bypass a gate.
So the number that matters is verified coverage: 500 laws with 300 verified means real coverage of 300.
03Why offline?
The whole corpus and the search run locally, with no internet needed. For a ministry, a court or a firm, that is a sovereignty question: the data never leaves the building.
04Is there an app?
There is an Android app covering search, law cards, the library, cases, deadlines, drafting and the glossary, plus a standalone authenticator app that generates one-time codes offline. Access uses roles and two-factor authentication to a published standard.
05What language?
Arabic. Official English PDFs and a translation endpoint exist, and any English text is labelled an unofficial translation by design.
