01What is the difference between a general ERP and one made for a field?
A general ERP starts from the accounts and asks the company to describe its work as invoices and journal entries. A system made for a field starts from the work: the unit and its schedule, the BOQ item and its approved quantity, the lot and its yield. The entry is then a result of the step, written with it.
That is the reason we do not sell one product to everyone. The table below is the list, and the page for each field is linked under it.
02Which system is for which field?
| Field | System | What it carries beyond accounting |
|---|---|---|
| Real estate developers | Revora CRM | Leads from the ad platforms, unit availability and reservation, the contract with its instalment schedule, collections, cheques, commissions |
| Brokerages | Revora CRM | A portal and an app for the broker, broker commission per project with statements and clawback, a register of each unit's listing on the property portals |
| Property management | Revora Property Management | Owners and leases, post-dated cheques through their whole life, maintenance with vendors, owner settlements and statements |
| Contracting | Revora Construction | Bill of quantities, schedule, payment certificates with retention and advance recovery, subcontractors |
| Finishing and fit-out companies | MEMAR | Projects and tasks, BOQ templates, quotations, procurement packages and purchase orders, custodies, a client portal with handover |
| Factories and processing | Mizan | Purchase pricing by yield, lots, processing runs with expected against actual, cost variance per unit, supplier accounts |
| Herb, spice and agricultural exporters | Mizan | Lot traceability, lab results, organic and food-safety certificates, export contracts in foreign currency, shipping documents |
| Certification bodies | Mizan | Operators, applications, audits and findings, fee schedules and invoices, mass balance and traceability |
| Facility management | Mabani | Assets, issues and work orders, preventive maintenance, budgets with approvals, fleet |
| Staffing and manpower companies | Workforce | Coverage, true cost and margin per contract, attendance and shifts |

03Real estate: developer, broker or property manager?
- A developer needs the sale to carry on after the contract: the instalment schedule is generated from the contract, cheques are recorded and printed on each bank's own template, and sales and manager commissions are calculated from the contract
- A brokerage needs its brokers inside the system: a portal and an app with available units, reservations, their own sales and their own commissions, and a register showing which unit has no live listing on dubizzle, Property Finder, OpenSooq or Aqar Map
- A property manager needs the owner's money kept apart from the company's: what is collected for an owner is held as owner-payable, the management fee is its own entry, and the owner gets a statement or a portal
These are three parts of Revora on the same books, so a company that develops, sells and then manages does not move between three programs.
04Contracting and fit-out
- Revora Construction is for building work: a claim per BOQ item, technical review, approved quantity, then gross, retention, advance recovery, tax and net, paid from the treasury with an entry
- MEMAR is for finishing and fit-out companies only — many clients at once: quotations, procurement packages, subcontractor submittals through an approvals chain, custodies, and a client portal with project handover and the client's acceptance
05Factories, exporters and certification bodies
- A factory: each purchase line says what you are paying for — the good portion only, or the whole delivered weight — and a processing run compares expected against actual output, waste and cost per unit
- A herb and spice exporter: every lot is traceable back to its source, a shipment cannot be marked shipped while a mandatory document is missing, and the contract carries its currency and exchange rate
- A certification body: operators and their certificates, an audit cycle where the technical reviewer must be someone other than the auditor, fee schedules with versions, and a mass balance per operator, product and season
All three run on Mizan. A production engine for other industries, such as aluminium extrusion, is not built yet, and we say so rather than sell the herb factory's screens to a metal factory.
06What do all of them share?
- Arabic and English on every screen, with each user choosing their own language
- Several companies in one account, each with its own data, users and reports
- A full record of who changed what and when
- They run on our servers with backups, so the customer needs no infrastructure of their own
