01What can the assistant actually do?
It answers from your data
- Questions about leads, units, sales, collections, rent, maintenance, contractors and projects, answered from the records rather than from a model's memory
- Every answer names the rows behind it, so a number can be checked
- If the subject does not exist in this company's books at all, it says so instead of inventing an answer
It carries out operations
- You describe what happened in ordinary Arabic or English; it prepares the operation, asks for anything missing, and shows a confirmation card before anything is written
- Examples: log a call outcome, add a note, collect from a customer, pay a supplier, record an expense, create a purchase order, create or execute a processing run, register an employee, issue an invoice from a contract, send a unit's brochure
- Running the same instruction twice returns the first result rather than doing it again
It refuses in ways that protect you
- It deletes, cancels and voids nothing — ever, by rule
- Permissions are checked at the moment of execution, not when the card is shown
- Before an operation it runs prerequisite checks that either block it, warn on the card, or note the next step — and each check reads the same tables the screen reads
02Why does it give the same result as doing it by hand?
Because it calls the same service the screen calls, not a copy of it. Where that logic used to live inside a screen, it was moved into a service and the screen was changed to use it in the same step. The two paths were then compared row by row and field by field, and they match.
03Does it cost a lot to run?
It is built rules-first: the model is only called when the written rules fail to understand the sentence. Every sentence is logged, and the ones the model solved become new rules — so the cost falls as it is used.
04Is there other AI in the system?
- A price suggestion for a unit, based on the company's own past sales
- An audit assistant that compares two records of the same money and explains each finding, with the accountant approving the correction
- An executive dashboard where each indicator carries its formula and its confidence, and a what-if scenario
The assistant does not keep a conversation memory. It can follow up on the question just asked, within a short window, and otherwise each request stands on its own.
