Projects and quantities

• Projects with phases and tasks, and a work board per project
• Bill of quantities templates, and a bill of quantities per project
• Quotations to the client, printable

Buying and site

• Procurement packages and purchase orders
• Suppliers, each with a running statement
• Subcontractors and material submittals, passing through an approvals chain

Money

• Client payments and treasuries, each with a printable statement
• Custodies, with a report of what is still open
• Expenses per project, exported to CSV and print, and a payables report
• Payroll and salary payments, and attendance by approved location

The client

• A client portal, with project handover and the client's acceptance of it
• A module that builds and runs the company's own website: pages, services, packages and campaigns

02Can several companies use it, each under its own name?

Yes. Each company has its own data, its own enabled modules, and can run under its own brand and its own domain. Sign-in supports two-factor authentication, and every screen switches between Arabic and English.

03How is it different from the construction side of Revora?

Revora's construction is for building work: the bill of quantities, the schedule, payment certificates and subcontractors, joined to the sales of the units for a developer. MEMAR is for finishing only — many clients, quotations, procurement and site money. It has no warehouses and no stock control, and it is not a contracting system.
