01Who are mbsystems?
A software company founded in 2013 in Vienna, Austria. Egypt followed in 2020 and Oman in 2025, and the three offices work as one team.
| Office | Where | Phone |
|---|---|---|
| Austria | Vienna 1200, Meldmannstrasse | +43 681 8411 0547 |
| Egypt | New Cairo, Mivida | +20 100 520 5900 |
| Oman | Muscat | +968 7277 7269 |
02What makes the way we work different?
- We write our own systems. Nothing here is a reseller's copy of somebody else's platform, so a change a customer needs is a change we can make.
- Arabic is not a translation layer. Every screen, contract and report exists in Arabic and in English, and each user chooses.
- Built for how business is actually done here: post-dated cheques, instalment plans, payment certificates with retention, Egyptian social insurance and income tax, Gulf end-of-service rules.
- We host and back up the systems ourselves, so a customer needs no servers, and every change is recorded with the name and the time.
- The AI in our systems acts through the same services the screens use, asks for confirmation before it writes, and deletes nothing.
03What do you build?
- Revora — real estate CRM, property management, construction, accounting and HR
- Mizan — factories and trading companies
- Workforce — manpower and staffing companies
- QTO — quantity takeoff from drawings
- Qanooni — Omani legal corpus and research
